Charge 6 - Sleep score/ not accurate/ battery draining

Just fed up, spoke to someone on Fitbit again said to do update which I have made no difference, two days ago battery 87per cent now 47per cent, sleep score not working either I turned it from sensitive to normal And normal to sensitive nothing is working since end of August.have re set I just give up.
