Why does my sleep start as my head it's the pillow?
Why does my sleep no end when I wake up but when I physically get out of bed?
Why does my sleep tracker insist that I'm in light sleep when I am reading for several hours?
I have adjusted the strap and sleep sensitivity but my sleep is always inaccurate.
Very poor.

Hello @Hoppy1976
That's correct. If you are sitting relatively still for about an hour, your Charge 6 will track the time as sleep.
This happens to me when I'm working on my laptop or watching TV or reading and don't get up for an hour. Usually, my reminder to move is enough for me to get up & move around so my Fitbit doesn't track me as sleeping. If it does track a sleep session, I go into the app and delete the sleep log.
