Charge 6 - Sleep tracker

Why does my sleep start as my head it's the pillow?

Why does my sleep no end when I wake up but when I physically get out of bed?

Why does my sleep tracker insist that I'm in light sleep when I am reading for several hours?

I have adjusted the strap and sleep sensitivity but my sleep is always inaccurate.

Very poor.

Hello @Hoppy1976

My apologies if you've already reviewed this information: How does my Fitbit automatically track sleep  (<-- click link)

In other words if I'm in bed reading or watching something then my watch
will likely record that I'm asleep because I'm not moving.

If this is the case then the sleep tracking is totally false for me and I
will need to edit my sleep at the beginning and end of my sleep to allow
for reading etc.....

So all my findings that I'm raising about the charge 6 tells me that this
device is no better than a standard watch that tells the time.

This is truly the worst money I have spent.

Hello @Hoppy1976

That's correct. If you are sitting relatively still for about an hour, your Charge 6 will track the time as sleep.

This happens to me when I'm working on my laptop or watching TV or reading and don't get up for an hour. Usually, my reminder to move is enough for me to get up & move around so my Fitbit doesn't track me as sleeping. If it does track a sleep session, I go into the app and delete the sleep log.
