Charge 6 - Sleep tracking, heart rate, Altimeter ( floors) - not working

Upgraded to Charge 6 a week ago. Very disappointed to note that Sleep tracking and  heart rate not accurate and the  Altimeter ( floors) - my main metric- is not working on a premium product from google.
Is there any plans to update these or how can I return the product ?

Hello @JimTheBetrayed 

The Charge 6 doesn't have an altimeter so it won't track floors.

In regard to your problems with sleep tracking & heart rate accuracy, please let us know what issues you are experiencing.

If you bought the Charge 6 directly from Google, this page has the information about returning your device (<-- click link)
