Charge 6 - Sport modes not showing

I charged my new Charge 6 out of the box, updated the software and set everything up on the App (or so I thought).  My issue is that I am not seeing any exercise modes?  Do these need to be set up in the app? My watch just reads "exercise" and 0/5 . . . but there is no option to scroll to other exercises, as I have seen on Youtube reviews of the watch.

From https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/products?language=en_US&p=charge_6  Then click on link to manual.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

It appears that there is a problem with your Charge 6 that is preventing the exercise modes from showing up as they should. The various sport modes ought to be accessible when you've finished configuring the watch and syncing it with the app. It could be a good idea to check your app settings again to make sure your device is fully synced and the modes are set correctly. And if the problem continues, think about reinstalling the application. You might find the Sportzfy app useful for a wider variety of sports and workouts. It might provide further features and assistance to go along with your Charge 6.

To access the various sport modes, ensure that your watch is properly configured and fully synced with the app. Double-check the app settings to confirm that the modes are correctly set up. If the issue persists, try reinstalling the app, which might resolve any syncing problems. Additionally, you might want to explore the Sportzfy TV, as it offers a broader range of sports and workout features, which could enhance your experience and provide further assistance.
