“I’ve noticed my Charge 6 is miscounting steps compared to the app. For example, I hit 15,000 steps on my watch and the app, then a few minutes later it drops to 14,830, while the app shows 15,140. I’ve disconnected my phone tracking and manually syncing, but it only fixes it temporarily before happening again..
