Charge 6 Steps missing

“I’ve noticed my Charge 6 is miscounting steps compared to the app. For example, I hit 15,000 steps on my watch and the app, then a few minutes later it drops to 14,830, while the app shows 15,140. I’ve disconnected my phone tracking and manually syncing, but it only fixes it temporarily before happening again..

I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 6 is showing inaccurate steps. Thank you for sharing the details. 

Please check that your app, mobile device, and watch are up to date. If any updates are available, please complete them. Once confirmed, restart your Charge 6.

Is your phone Android or iOS?
