Charge 6 Stuck on 202.94

Charge 6 stuck on firmware version 66.20001.202.94 

So I should be getting the option to update given it's three versions old.

Version 210.26 Version 214.24 Version 220.21

Even if the newest version isn't yet available for my device the other two should be.

What I have already tired:

Restart the charge, restart the phone, restart the Charge 6 via the USB cable, clear data on Charge 6, clear data on fitbit app, clear data on charge and connect it to a different phone with a fresh install of the fitbit app.

Still stuck on 202.94 with no pink ribbon telling me update available.

Any other suggestions as to what I can try?
