For the second time in about 2 weeks, my charge 6 is stuck on the logo screen, after disconnecting from my phone. Tried the 3x button method several times, took around half an hour of trying to get it to finally rest. I've had my charge 6 for about 14 months. Anyone else having this happen multiple times?

Let me help you with the issue you are finding with your Charge 6 that is disconnecting from your mobile and is stuck in the Fitbit logo. Thank you for the troubleshooting you have already tried.
When you constantly see the device stuck in the logo, that's usually related to a pending update that didn't complete. Launch a manual sync and check if there's a pending firmware update. See our help article How do I update my Fitbit device? > How do I update Fitbit devices?
