Charge 6 - Syncing issues

I can’t sync my charge 6 for 3 days now.  I have tried everything as per instructions from help page, nothing works…. Any advice anyone?

Hello @Catchu 

By any chance, did you try removing the Charge 6 from the Fitbit app, then adding it back as a new device as part of your troubleshooting? This has worked for some users. 

Out of curiosity, are you an Android or iOS user?
