Charge 6 - Vertical stripes on the screen

For the last two days my Fitbit has been struggling.  I’ve tried all the tricks recommended and at best I got vertical stripes.  Please advise.

Hello @Tank19!  Welcome to our community forums! 

I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 6 screen has stripes. Thank you for all the steps you have tried. 

If you haven't already, please perform a manual reset and try changing the clock face on your Charge 6: 

  1. With your device nearby, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab / devices icon  / Charge 6.
  2. Tap Clock faces  / Clocks tab.
  3. Browse the available clock faces. Tap the clock face you want  /  Install.
  4. Sync
