Hi Fitbit Team & Community,
I’m a first-time Fitbit user and loved my Charge 6, until the vibration motor started failing during the same month my warranty ended.
Now the alarm barely vibrates (1 second weak buzz) and doesn’t wake me up, and notifications don’t vibrate at all either.
I tried all the recommended solutions: resets, re-pairing, waited for firmware updates, but nothing worked. I kept hoping it would resolve, but unfortunately it didn’t.
I contacted support, but was told no replacement due to policy. However, this is a hardware defect that started inside the warranty window, not normal wear and tear.
Case # X-XXXXXXXXXXXXX
I really hope Fitbit can help fix this. I’d love to continue using Fitbit, but I also need a working device for daily use.
Would appreciate any advice from the community or help from Fitbit moderators.

Hi moderators,
It’s been 3 days with no response to my thread. I understand you may be busy, but this issue has seriously affected my Fitbit experience.
This is my first Fitbit device, and the vibration motor defect started the same month the warranty ended.
The alarms, notifications, health related features that alert with vibration no longer works, which impacts my daily routine. I’ve tried everything and was hoping Fitbit would help resolve this fairly.
Could you please advise on next steps or help escalate this further?
