Charge 6: Where to find the settings for the apps

My Charge 5 crapped out so I upgraded to the Charge 6 and I'm trying to set it up but I cannot find the settings for the Exersize app (or any app) in this absolute travesty of an "updated" phone app.  I absolutely hate it.  The old app was perfect in so many ways, this "update" is just a travesty in comparison...  But that aside, all I want to do is re-order the workouts in the exercises list so "Treadmill" is always on top.  I specifically remember this being easy as pie to do in the old app but **ahem**it I cannot find it to save my life in this new travesty.

And yes, I called it a travesty three times because I'm hoping whoever designed it and built it reads this.  The new app is bad and they should feel bad.

My strong opinions aside, can anyone tell me how to accomplish this should-be-braindead-easy task in this unnecessarily convoluted app?

Hello @Ace08093 and welcome to the Community.  I moved your post to the Charge 6 forum, a better fit for your question.  Fitbit put all the shortcuts on the Charge 6, eliminating the Exercise shortcut list on the mobile app.  (BTW, this is part of the Charge 5 firmware update that was paused).  Once you use the Treadmill or any other shortcut, your exercise list should self populate with your recent shortcuts.

The settings for the apps are on the phone app open the app on your phone and then select the little phone icon on the top left after that select the charge 6 icon again and then select wallpapers and they should come up
