Charge 6 Will Not Reset

My screen will not activate even though fully charged. I know how to reset it and have done so 4 different times. Everything is clean and in good order but the face remains blank. It will not turn on, the app can’t find it. WiFi and bluetooth settings haven’t changed. It is only about a year old so I am at a loss.

Hi, @DaleOrr , as resetting your Fitbit has not helped with the blank screen issue, have you tried changing the clock face?  You need to do that in the app and the instructions are here .  However you have mentioned that the app cannot find your Fitbit, which suggests a wider, or different. problem.  Have you checked your app to see when your Fitbit last synced?  If your Fitbit is not syncing, you will not be able to change the clock face or carry out many of the other suggestions for getting you back going …. I would recommend having a look at the troubleshooting steps for a Fitbit that isn’t syncing.  Please have a look at this help article and carefully work through the suggested steps.  If you can get your Fitbit recognized by the app and syncing again it may be easier to solve the screen issue.
