Charge 6 - Won’t show Mindfulness metrics

Hi! Mindfulness metrics won’t show anymore. The section in my front page/wall appears but it ask me to set it like the first time. I do it but then the page stays blank, as updating. But it doesn’t update. What’s wrong?

Now, other tiles won’t show any stat such as “hourly activity” and “distance”

Have you had a chance to delete & re-install the Fitbit app on your mobile device? That would be the first troubleshooting step to try.

Did you delete the whole app or just mindfulness

The recommended troubleshooting is to:

• Log out of the Fitbit app
• Uninstall the Fitbit app
• Re-install the Fitbit app
• Log in back into the app
