My Fitbit charge won't sync to my phone

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 6 is not syncing to your phone. 

This is not the experience we want for our customers, and I understand your feelings about this situation. 

May I suggest you to read and follow the steps listed in the following help article? Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

It's always useful to verify that your Fitbit app is up-to-date. To do so, please check the following help article: How do I update the Fitbit app?
