I took the advice from another thread and turned off Fitbit notifications altogether for my Android app. That's bad news for Fitbit because I can't think of what would make me turn it back on.
In app notification is traumatizing me, you're undertraining today and overtraining tomorrow. Reminds me of my mother, can't make her happy. lol
This was in development in January, it's November. Notifications are now off.

@BonJohnson I too have all notifications off. I just workout based on how I feel that day. The in-app prompts don't know if I woke up with leg pain or a headache. LOL

To have notifications or not to have is a personal decision. Some people want them, while others do not.
