Good morning. I have recently purchased a charge 6 as an upgrade to my old Inspire 2 when I connected the charge 6 my Fitbit account had to be transferred to the Google account. My question is can I use both Fitbit’s on the same account. I added the new charge 6 but now I cannot see the inspire 2 if I try to add it I go through the process the inspire 2 shows but the charge 6 disappears I cannot see both in my Fitbit account. I was hoping that it would be easy to switch but cannot. Any advice please.

Welcome back to the Fitbit community, @driftville!
You can't connect multiple Fitbit devices to the same user account if the all of them the Fitbit Gallery. That's why you cannot switch between your Charge 6 and your Inspire on the fly because they both do.
More on that can be found under 'Can I use more than one Fitbit device with the same account' following this link?:
How do I set up my Fitbit device?

@driftville I'm sorry, but you can't have both devices on your account at the same time. Fitbit created this limitation when it created the Gallery. Only one Gallery device at a time. For reference, only older devices like a Charge 2 or a Blaze don't have the Gallery. But everything since 2018 has the Gallery. Sorry.

Sorry is a bad answer unless you don’t want us to have multiple Fitbit devices.

Hello @ajstahle
Product Experts aren’t Fitbit employees. I am as annoyed by Fitbit’s decision as you are.
