Charge 6 all of a sudden went black

My charge 6 all of a sudden went black now it just flashes the logo for awhile then has a red circle with a cross in it. I’ve tried absolutely everything. I removed in from the app then tried to reinstall it but that doesn’t work either.

Thank you for sharing with me this information regarding the difficulty with your Charge 6. Thanks for trying to fix it on your own. 

Please, try to follow the steps listed below:

1. Sync the device in the Fitbit app.

  • From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap Devices.
  • Chooose the Charge 6.
  • Tap Sync Now.

2. If Sync Now doesn’t show an update banner:

  • Tap the Devices icon.
  • Tap Charge 6.
  • Tap Gallery. The app should show a pop up to install the missing apps and recover the device. 

3. Restart your device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Thanks for the info. Nothing has worked so I’m probably going to get a refund. I’m not sure now if I’ll buy another Fitbit as this is the second one I’ve had in a matter of less than two years. Very disappointing as I love Fitbit and are a premium subscriber.
