Charge 6 always show "sync from the fitbit moble app" and couldn't update successfully

I turn on swim mode when I swam yesterday,after that, it's seems couldn't unlock even with much power to tap,there are no any reflections with the screen but left button is worked, I try to restarted it in app but failed, then I update it but it's doesn't work,then the screen show "sync from the fitbit mobile app"but actually I didn't do that,and even I try many times to update in app and finally success,charge 6 still be that and you cannot use or switch, I feel so disappointed because I bought online from Amazon, and in Malaysia,rare store can support it,what can I do now???

I don't see Malaysia on the Supported Countries list, so support options are limited at best.  Regardless, it sounds like there may be some sort of water damage, have you tried drying the battery out?
