Noticed mobile was not longer syncing up to my charge 6 so have gone through all the stages recommended: disconnect Bluetooth, power down device and phone, remove device from app, remove app. Having gone through all that the app will no longer see my device and I’ve tried it from my charge 6 as well they just no longer properly. My iPhone recently went through an update and the FitBit app appears to be up to date as well so I’ve no idea why this isn’t working anymore.

If no one else replies, I have some general thoughts although I do not utilize my Fitbit app with my iPhone.
There are only 3 basic steps to troubleshooting:
1) Has it ever worked? If no, it is likely warranty time. If yes, see 2) below.
2) When did it last work? It was operating prior to this, so this time is significant to your troubleshooting process.
3) What changed? What changed between when it operated as expected and now when it is not operating as expected.
As your iPhone recently updated, have you reviewed your iPhone Community/Forum/Support to see if anyone there is experiencing this issue? The change which caused the sync to fail may have been the iPhone update. Apple may already be aware and be working on a fix.
It is not always an option, however if you are able to only update one program at a time, you can test your Fitbit/iPhone after that update. Then if it breaks you know the most likely suspect.
Again, these are only general comments, although hopefully they help.

I'm having the same problem which also started about a week ago. I noticed that when I try to "add" the Charge 6 to the Fitbit app, the charge 6 does show up on the iPhone's bluetooth listing as a connected device. Then I get the error message from Fitbit ap "something went wrong: An error occurred. Please try again."

I think I fixed the problem, (at least for me). I had to reset and tell the Charge 6 to wipe its memory / go back to Factory settings. But once I did that I was able to reconnect it to the Fitbit app on my iPhone 13. DIdn't really want to lose the data stored on the Charge 6, but it's better than not having a connection to the Fitbit app.

Thanks very much - I think I've now fixed the syncing issue with multiple restarts and resets. Just waiting for the cardio loading to reset itself and it should be ok. Thanks for the input it was really helpful.

Thanks very much for the input. The only thing that had changed was a recent iphone update - previous updates had no effect to the fitbit - but with a lot of restarting and resetting it's finally got back to syncing. It was a lot of work just to get it functioning again after such a minor update. Thanks again.
