Charge 6 and App blank

Please help!! I have just got a fit bit charge 6 I have done everything possible on suggestions to restarting my phone, redownload fit bit app, turn off wifi/Bluetooth and the fit bit app is just black when I open it, I can get access to one screen only from my actual fit bit but not from my actual app!! Im at my wits end!

I was just checking in. Has this issue been resolved yet?

If you’re still seeing the same issue, try these additional steps along with the ones @alexthecat sent earlier:

• Log out from the Fitbit app.
• Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
• Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
• Check if the issue is still happening.

Ive done this about 15/20 times and its still not working! Black screen when I log on to the app

Mine is the same, I have no apps showing in the list, it just says 'Apps will only appear in this list after they have sent their first notification following device pairing: if an app is missing, please check back once it has triggered a mobile notification.' I received phone calls/text notifications on my fitbit charge 6 but I want to set up whatsapp. I've followed all the help guides, restarted it numerous times but still wont show me any apps to add notifications on.

Mine is just a complete black screen when j open on the app..when I download it, it asks if I want to sign in with Google acct or fit bit acct which is fine but other than that I get nowhere, j have never seen the main screen of the app!
