This morning I got the “unable to synch” message on my iPhone. Went through every step multiple times (Bluetooth off/on, reboot Charge 6, force close app, update software, reboot phone, place device on charger for a while. You name it, I’ve tried it.
everything is working normally except the synch. Help please.

So….i just checked again and lo, the synch had taken place. No idea why dozens of attempts didn’t work previously.

I’m having the same issue, I’ve even took my device off my devices to re pair and now it won’t even pair up. Every time I put the code in to pair up it says “sorry code is invalid” try again

I have purchased a Charge 6 today and multiple times telling me code is wrong when trying to connect. Hopefully a blip or its going back

Same for me. However, I still can't see my sleep stages (i.e REM, deep, light) I can only see Awake, Restless, Asleep. Anyone else? (I have premium)
