I'm using the dynamic GPS setting, but my watchface almost always says I haven't met my distance goal, whereas the app tells me I've exceeded it. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the distance tracked by your phone and Charge 6.
I understand the impact of tracking the distance differently is, can you let me know if you have the MobileTrack connected to your account? Since MobileTrack allows you to track basic information using your phone's sensors when a Fitbit device isn't nearby, this is only tracked with the phone and this is why the watch face and app show you different distance.
Assuming this applies to you, I'd recommend removing this function from the Fitbit app and monitoring your watch's behavior afterward. For more info, see this help article.

Thanks for your response and my apologies for the delay in my answer. I couldn't find Mobile Tack in the app but have disconnected my iphone in the hopes that this will help, but I think the issue is that the bar on the watchface is for five miles while my distance goal in the app is set for three miles. Is the phone display always set at five miles regardless of my goal? The other goals, i.e., steps, active minutes, active zone minutes, seem to match the app. Thanks!

I am having the same problem tonight. My app says one thing and my watch shows less miles than app. App miles are correct

I believe there's an issue on the Fitbit side that is affecting data syncing between the Fitbit device and the app.
Since you are seeing the correct distance in the app, that indicates to me that your tracked data is getting uploaded to your account on the Fitbit servers.
At this point, there isn't any troubleshooting that we can recommend since the issue on the Fitbit side.
