sent one charge 6 back due to
Loose band connector and the replacement is worse with two bad connectors. I know google has sabotaged Fitbit to push pixel. I think it’s criminal!

Please note that production lots are not perfect. That is the reason there is a warranty on the products. I am sorry this has happened to you twice in a row. However, your device has warranty. Did you contact Fitbit support to claim the change? If so, please keep in touch with support. They will provide you with a suitable resolution.
