My out of warranty Charge 6 is unwearable. The band latch for one of the straps is missing. How do I get this repaired? The missing piece is the latch that is part of the Charge 6 and not part of the band itself.

Thank you. I did contact support and there are no repair facilities for my Charge 6. Support did email a discount code for a new device though.

@Bob03 there are bands like this that encapsulate the pebble and bypass the need for the part of your Fitbit that broke. That might be an option, if your Fitbit still works and you'd rather not buy a new one right now.
