Charge 6 battery is draining

Hi,

Anyone also problem with the battery of new charge 6? After 2 days already 20% battery capacity. This morning full battery, this evening 52% battery capacity. I though battery could go for 7 days?

Usually, the battery life will depend on how you've got your Charge 6 setup. There are features, like Always On display and using the internal GPS, that will cause the battery to drain more quickly.

Hi,

My battery is draining very quicly, although my GPS setting is phone and brightness is low. Every morning I need to charge my fitbit. We I go to sleep, battery is 40% and when I wake up battery is almost 0%. Note that I don't ware my fitbit during my sleep. So, any tips?

@SandraPuy it's way too fast even if you'd use power hungry features like AoD. I suggest contact customer support.
