Charge 6 - black screen

Recently I have buy Fitbit charge 6 ago and it was working very nicely, but a couple of days ago it showing black screen when turned on.

Of course tried a couple of things mentioned here in the nice Community:

  • Force reboot (3 time holding the button) and seeing the FitBit-logo for a second and then black screen again
  • Sync with the iOS-app (app tries but fails with error)
  • Change watchface (app tries but fails with error)
  • Reboot via app (app tries but fails with error)

That does the trick and solved (for know)

Strange is that you see the green light at the back and i feel the vibrations when you press the button on the side.

Has anyone has a right answer to fix this??
