When it synced with the app it said only 5 zone minutes and the watch also showed only 5 but buzzed and showed 150 a few seconds ago

The 150 could be the zone minutes for the week. Mine have always buzzed with the accumulated scores as well as the daily scores.

I checked the zone minutes for the week and it shows 159 out of 150 so I think that was what it was
