Charge 6 can't link with Strava app

ANSWERED

I just did the latest update for my Charge 6 and my Strava app stopped working so I deleted my Fitbit from Strava and then tried to reconnect my Fitbit to Strava and I get the following error code

{"statusCode":500,"error":"Internal Server Error","message":"An internal server error occurred"}

I've tried connecting Fitbit on the Strava app and also going to strava.fitbit.com on my laptop. Both of them get the same error message.

Anyone have any ideas to get this to work properly?

Hi Eric,

I had to remove the Fitbit from the Strava app and also remove the app from my android phone. Then I restarted my phone and reinstalled the Strava app and then added my Fitbit to the Strava app.

I hope this information is helpful.

Got the same message. Have issued a ticket to Strava support about it. So both fitbit and Strava should  be all over it asap 👍🏻. Strava had major issues last night in general and the site/app was down for a long stretch. Maybe its just that 🤞🏻

It looks like the issue has been resolved. I was able to add Strava to my Fitbit Charge 6 about 10 minutes ago.

Thank you for your feedback.

I'm still getting this error message. Doesn't seem to be fixed for me.
