I waited SIX WEEKS for my fitbit charge 6 to arrive, with lots of confusing emails about dispatch tracking. They happily took my money with no sign of the order arriving. Then out of the blue it arrived, only to find that it wouldn't do ANYTHING, kept asking to sync to my phone but simply didn't do it. So basically I've wasted £140 on a piece of **ahem**. Not impressed at

Could you please confirm if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems? Also, please make sure to check if the mobile device you're using is listed here as a compatible device to sync with the Fitbit app.
