My charge 6 is just under one year old and for a while it has not vibrated at all if I have it set in sleep mode. If I turn off sleep mode it vibrates but won't record sleep. I want it to do both like it used to do. Please help..

Hi @Lynsue! Welcome to our community forums!
Thank you for letting us know that your Charge 6 does not vibrate while sleep mode is on.
When you activate the sleep or do not disturb mode, your watch will not vibrate when receiving notifications, it will only vibrate with the alarms you have set.
If you want your Fitbit to vibrate when you receive calls or notifications, you must ensure that both sleep mode and do not disturb are turned off.

Hi @Lynsue! Welcome back to the Fitbit Community!
Thank you for clarifying.
My best suggestion is to verify that your sleep is set normal instead of sensitive, additionally confirm if the green lights in the back are on since the sleep is tracking based on heart rate and movement.
If you would like more information about sleep tracking, you can consult this help article: How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device
