Charge 6 cardio load for improving fitness

I’m 75yrs old, and changed my target to improving fitness about 4 months ago. I’m definitely in better shape. Any recommendations about when you change the target back to maintaining fitness?

Hello @Mamkm 

I monitor my Cardio Fitness Score on the Heart page in the Fitbit app. Since my current cardio fitness score is in the Excellent range for women in my age range (70+), I have my cardio load goal set to Maintain.
