Charge 6 completely dead after 6 days

I’ve had my Charge 6 for only six days. When I woke up I this morning it was completely dead. I have tried all the suggestions on here, and nothing works. The last reported battery life was at 03:41 this morning at 79%. How do I return it for a replacement article (or refund) please?

If you bought it from fitbit directly - https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support has a chat and phone option to contact support. If you go this route please report back here and let us know how it went after you get your replacement.

If you bought it from a 3rd party retailer I think I would recommend trying to return it to them instead. If you bought it from Amazon (with Amazon as the seller) for instance, a return after only 6 days should be painless, but not everyone will be as accommodating.
