Got a Charge 6 around Christmas 2023.
It runs out of battery recently so I put it in charge. No charger makes it even vibrate to acknowledge. The soft reset and factory reset don't work.
Tell me how to fix this or I'm never buying one again because you people clearly don't care about making good products.

Hi, @BardUK your user name suggests to me that you may be a Brit. Under UK law your Fitbit is guaranteed for 2 years. Please get in touch with Customer Service on help.fitbit.com and give them the necessary information for them to supply you with a warrantee replacement.
