Charge 6 constant notifications to receive alerts on phone

How do I stop the notifications to select to receive notifications on my fitbit from my Iphone. For the past month I have received notifications (muliple times per day) whether I want to enable enable alerts onto my fitbit from my Iphone. I select no all the time, but I stil see this alert constantly. I deleted and reinstalled the app on my phone and the fitbit app is up to date

Which notifications are you trying to turn off?

Thank you for taking the time to share the details about this difficulty with your iphone and the notifications. 

It's possible that having two Apple devices linked to the same Bluetooth could be causing you to constantly receive these notifications, because you've only authorized them on your phone, but not on the other device.

Please, try to unpair any other Apple devices from your Bluetooth while setting up your Fitbit as a new device. Before starting the process, I suggest you sync your device's data with the app.
