Charge 6 didn't track sleep stages

The most recent update changed the sleep data display. More changes today--no more REM, Light, and Deep sleep data--only number of minutes spent Awake, Restless, or Asleep. This is very disappointing. Why is Google taking away valuable information from this tracker?

I have a Luxe, Charge 5 and 6 and neither will give me sleep stages. I bought my Charge 6 in July and have gotten sleep stages 3 times. very frustrating

Hello @raleighfit 

Some users have reported that they see sleep data, including stages, when they wear their Fitbits on the inside of their wrist at night. I don't know if this will work for you, but it might be worth a try.

I am finally getting sleep stages and score. I moved the watch further up my wrist (three fingers from my wrist bone) and tightened it.

This worked for two nights. I am putting the watch in the same place on my arm and have not gotten sleep stages for the past three nights.

After not getting a sleep stages and sleep scores for months, I finally decided to switch the fitbit charge 6 to my other (non-primary) arm, and voila, I have been getting sleep stages every night.

No, that did not work.  Since recent software update (late Jan '25), I no longer get sleep stages nor correct sleep duration.  I've followed all of the suggestions to no avail and my Charge 6 was working just fine before the update.  Google needs to issue a new software patch ASAP!  Sleep tracking is a key feature and one of the reasons I bought the Charge 6 (replaced my worn out Luxe)
