My charge 6 has worked great until last week. Now I have issues with nutrition facts missing bits out and after syncing a run, I get a straight line and no route. It as also converted all my previous runs into straight line. Anyone any ideas please. Oh and I have disconnected, unpaired etc etc

Based on the information in your post, it looks to me that you're describing an issue with the Fitbit app, not your Charge 6. Please confirm that the problems you described are from what you see in the app and not on your Charge 6.
Are you an iOS or Android user? Which version of the Fitbit app do you have on your phone? To check:

I'm using android and as you say I believe it's an app issue not my charge 6
