Charge 6 disconnecting and no notifications

After reading these forums I can see lots of people having the same issues but need to add my voice to the numbers. To say I’m annoyed and frustrated is an understatement. Having used Fitbit devices for years having had the versa and versa3 I have to say the issues I am facing with the charge 6 are ridiculous! I thought I’d opt for a slimmer device this time after my screen broke on my versa3 but wish I didn’t bother. Constantly dropping Bluetooth connectivity, doesn’t reconnect on its own either. I can walk room to room and it will drop, even if my phone is in my pocket it drops. I can be stood right next to it and it doesn’t reconnect. It doesn’t notify me of messages/calls half the time even when it is connected. I have missing stats and excercises and it doesn’t even recognise the excercises properly automatically, I have to manually input. I have tried every fix suggested and have even been on call to the Fitbit help center to try their suggestions (which was basically everything I’d already tried from reading on here)It’s really making me mad that the product just isn’t fit for purpose. I left Apple Watch behind years ago to join Fitbit and be able to do challenges with friends to motivate me but this is pointless now. Will there ever be a fix to sort the connectivity out on the charge 6?
