I do not understand the goals. I have charge 6. My walking goal is 4 miles, on phone app shows my walk to be 4.4 miles and 68% of goal. Shouldn't that be 100 + %? Yesterday went 3.06 miles says 47% of goal. That doesn't make sense. My total for today is 5.96 miles and says exceeded daily goal by 1.96 Miles which is correct which includes the walk, plus other walking around stores, house etc. Can you please explain.
And number of exercise does not show up. I have walked 2 days of 5 this week, watch shows 0 of 5 but the app shows the 2 days.
Thanks

Fitbit confuses daily goal distance between miles and kilometers. 4 miles = 6.4 km. Check the past 2 days and % match as if your goal was 6.4 miles, not 4 miles. It has been like this for many years and Fitbit has refused to address the problem. Only way I know around it is to forget distance and just go with equivalent number of steps as goal.

Hello Lizzy,
Any progress in fixing this issue? Apparently many people are having the same problem.
