Charge 6 does not connect to App

Tried all reccomendations already but Charge 6 does not connect. Reset watch, deleted App and set up new, etc.

It is found via bluetooth but the 4 digit no does not show on watch display.

Stepped back anf tried old Versa 2. Same issue. It does not get the final connection.

Are there any tricks available?

I have a luxe….similar issues.

Forgot: Charge 6 has been connected since Dec and worked well. Lost connection 3 days ago which I realised yesterday.

Well, I thought as 2 different Products are involved it could be an APP issue.
