Sorry to see you're having issues with getting a sleep score on your Charge 6.
Please let us know what steps you've tried so far to fix your issue.
If you haven't already done so, a recommended troubleshooting step is to restart your device. You can do this from the Charge 6 Settings menu or by using the charging cable that came with your device. If you would like instructions, see page 53 in the Charge 6 manual (<-- click link).
