Charge 6 doesn't light up

My charge 6 will

not light up.

Hi, @Charles1950 Welcome to the community!

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the Charge 6.

Can you answer the following, please?

- Are the LED lights on the back turned on?
- How long did you charge it?
- If you have not charged your Fitbit recently, we ask you to try charging it for 2 hours.
- When you connect your Fitbit device to the charging cable, does it vibrate?
- Tried the steps in our support article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Just woke up to a similar issue where my Charge6 went into a coma over night. No response when connecting to the charging cable and when pressing the button on the USB side of the cable 3 times (1 sec each) and waiting 10 seconds. After cleaning the charging pins on the cable and the charging plates on the underside of the Charge6 with rubbing alcohol and a q-tip then drying, I reconnected the Charge6 to the charging cable, pressed the button on the USB end 3 times for 1 sec each, and the Charge6 responded.
