Charge 6 doesn't save my exercise activity correctly

When I walk, I track it as soon as I begin. At the end, it always saves it incorrectly. For example, I might walk 2.0 miles for 45 mins, but it will save it has 0.6 miles for 11 mins. So, I have to end up editing the data, but even then it's sometimes not correct or doesn't save at all. Then, I have to do 'log activitiy" with the screenshot info I saved. It's super frustrating.

Anyone else experience this and/or know how to fix?

@oliver30 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and efforts.

How do you record your activities, do you start them on the Charge 6 or do you let the tracker start the record automatically?

In the meantime, please go in the Fitbit App and tap on the devices icon. (upper left corner)

Make sure that only the Charge 6 appears as an paired device.
If you see the  Mobile Device  Active(Smartphone)  active or listed, MobileTrack might be on.

MobileTrack uses the phone's sensors to count steps. This is for when you have left your Fitbit at home (e.g. while charging).
It may happen that the steps recorded with the cell phone overwrite those from your Charge 6 .
If you see the Mobile Device  Active(Smartphone)  option, tap it and remove it from the account.
