Charge 6 doesn't wake up when I turn my wrist

My Charge 6 wakes up if I press the button or if I tap, but not if I turn my wrist. The Wake setting appears greyed out on the device. Does Wake-on-wrist-turn no longer work?

Mine used to wake up but now stopped and I cannot change the setting from manual. I change it to auto and then it goes back to manual.

Check to be sure you are not in sleep mode, it will not light unless you push the side button in sleep mode.

@SiliconValley47 -- In addition to checking sleep mode, check that DND is not turned on. You cannot change the wake setting if either DND or Sleep is active.
