Charge 6 experiencing difficulties with the App

So today I have other issues with the app. No sleep duration, no daily readiness and no cardio load. I wonder what will happen 🤔 next. Oh it might work properly.

Thank you for taking the time to share with me these details about the difficulty that you are experiencing with the Charge 6. 

Please give it a try following the steps listed below:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.

Thanks for your response, but i actually did all this before I sent the
post (having had to do it for so many other app issues) and they didn't
work unfortunately. Maybe like all the other app issues they may just
correct themselves. Hopefully.
