My Fitbit charge 6 failed after just 5 weeks of purchase from Singapore. When I tried to raise a warranty claim, i ended up in a perpetual loop online that doesn't bring me to anywhere to file my warranty claim or i am unable to proceed to select any options which are related to Fitbit device. Only irrelevant options are shown. Even though I had done warranty check and screen shows that I have another 10 months of warranty. Tried for few days to create chat session but the chat session never get started too. How can receive help through email. I am surprised that the process to file a warranty repair can be so unfriendly and almost impossible. It is not cheap so really hope to get advice and help.
