Charge 6 getting disconnected to my Bluetooth overnight

Overnight my Fitbit got disconnected to my phone. Have tried pairing today and keeps saying there is an error and won't connect. Tried restarting phone still nothing.

Hello @Salvatore54 

Have you tried uninstalling, then re-installing the Fitbit app on your phone? Then try to add your Charge 6 as if it was a new device.

  • Log out of the Fitbit app on your phone
  • Uninstall the app
  • Reinstall the app
  • Log back into the app
  • Try to set up the Charge 6 as a new device
