Charge 6 goal circle is never completed

Hi!

There is an issue with my fitbit where the amount of miles completed in a day circle is never completed. So, I can reach my goal, but the circle on the main page of my fitbit does not show as completed goal.

What can I do? Thanks!

Hi @ash7777777, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with the display issue of your Charge 6.

If you actually complete your goal, and the issue is merely related to the display, try restarting your device:

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, refer to How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times with one-second pause between each press. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.

Another way to restart your device is to unplug it, wait a second, and plug it back in. Repeat this process 3 times in an 8 seconds interval and then wait 10 seconds until the device restarts.

If you continue to have issues with the display, try changing the clockface of your Charge 6.

I hope these instructions will be helpful to resolve your issue. Have a nice  day!
