Charge 6 goes blank

About once a week my Charge 6 just goes dead or blank.  It still has plenty of battery life so it just happens randomly. I have to put on charger & try several times to reset by using the button on top of the charger. This is very annoying because it happens all the time and at random times (walking, sleeping). Anyone else have trouble with this happening?

That doesn't sound like normal behavior.

At this point, you probably should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link) to see if they are able to confirm your device is defective. If it is defective, they should let you know what are your options under warranty.
