Charge 6 goes dead even though there is still battery

Charge 6 just goes black and unresponsive have to restart on charger and it shows plenty of battery. Keep having to reboot

Does your Charge 6 go black randomly or does it happen for example when you start an exercise? 

I suggest you try to change the clock face. 

There are a couple of different ways to restart the Charge 6 too, you can give it a try:

1. Connect your device to the charging cable. 
2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times with one-second pause between each press. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
3. Another way to restart your device is to unplug it, wait a second, and plug it back in. Repeat this process 3 times in an 8 seconds interval and then wait 10 seconds until the device restarts.

It goes black without any activity usually in the night. I have rebooted it
by pressing the button and unplugging. Battery is only lasting two days.
