Charge 6 has blacked out after latest update

So I have updated the Fitbit charge 6 firmware like a week back. But the device has started blacking out, it does not charge for hours. Doesn't even respond. Then suddenly it starts charging. This has happened quite a few times in last couple of days. Also the battery has started draining very quickly. 

 

Can you please help me on this, I'm from India.
